We get it too... arbitrarily... reguardless of what your doing.

I called into notes support and there isn't a freaking thing they can do about it...
(we are looking into it... 4 months ago!)

only happens on win7 boxes...
If you disable your sound in device manager the crashing stops.

awesome isn't it?
(and don't get me started on the eclipse designer crashing all the time)
